Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ever Vow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of Ever Vow, including users exploring the demo mode and users with full access.

2. Description of service

Ever Vow is a wedding planning platform that helps couples organize wedding workspaces, digital invitations, RSVP responses, guest lists, budgets, vendors, timelines, seating information, and related planning details.

The platform may include demo data, export features, email notifications, payment flows, and other tools intended to support wedding planning.

3. Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current account information, including a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each user should maintain one account unless Ever Vow explicitly allows otherwise. You must not share access in a way that compromises account security or violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Ever Vow for abuse, spam, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or any activity that infringes the rights of others.

You must not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' data.

You must not upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, or use automated systems in a way that harms the platform.

5. Demo mode and full access

Demo mode is free and intended for exploring the Ever Vow experience. Demo workspaces may contain sample data and changes made in demo mode are not guaranteed to be saved or persisted.

Full access is unlocked through a one-time payment and provides lifetime access to the paid workspace associated with your account, subject to these terms and continued platform availability.

After full access is unlocked, demo data may be cleared so your workspace is ready for real wedding planning.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ever Vow does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

By completing payment, you authorize Stripe to process the payment for the selected Ever Vow access product.

Because full access is unlocked immediately after successful payment, payments are non-refundable once full access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of Ever Vow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal data.

You are responsible for ensuring that any guest, vendor, or wedding-related data you add to Ever Vow is collected and used lawfully.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service and target high availability, including a 99.9% uptime objective, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ever Vow may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents, third-party service interruptions, hosting issues, or circumstances outside our control.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, create security risks, violate these terms, or interfere with other users' experience.

9. Termination

You may stop using Ever Vow or request account deletion at any time by contacting support@ever-vow.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, fail to comply with applicable law, or create risk for Ever Vow or its users.

Termination may result in loss of access to your workspace and related data, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations.

10. Limitation of liability

Ever Vow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or event-related costs.

Ever Vow is a planning tool and does not replace professional wedding, legal, financial, tax, or vendor advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information stored or generated in the platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
